What is the essence of the scaling procedure?

If the structure of the examination paper or the complexity of the tasks of control measuring materials have changed, then new values ​​​​of PB1 and PB2 are set, taking into account the existing changes.

II stage

PB1 and PB2 primary scores are matched with TB1 and TB2 test scores for each general education subject.

For mathematics and the Russian language (mandatory subjects for passing the USE), the minimum test scores of the USE of 2012, established by the orders of Rosobrnadzor, are selected as TB1 values: mathematics - 24, Russian - 36. These values ​​​​coincide with the minimum scores of the USE 2011 in mathematics and Russian, respectively.
