Early delivery of the exam. Who and how can pass the exam and the exam ahead of schedule? Who can take the exam early

At the end of the 9th and 11th grades of educational institutions general education students pass the state final certification (GIA).

    , or main State exam - held for graduates of the 9th grade in Russian, mathematics and two subjects to choose from: physics, chemistry, biology, literature, geography, history, computer science and information and communication technologies (ICT), social studies and foreign languages (English, French, German and Spanish).
    The results of the OGE exam affect the grade in the school certificate; on their basis, you can enter a college or technical school;

    USE, or Unified State Exam- held for graduates of the 11th grade in the Russian language, mathematics (you can choose a basic or profile level) and several subjects to choose from: physics, chemistry, history, social science, computer science and information and communication technologies (ICT), biology, geography, foreign languages (English, German, French and Spanish) and literature.
    How many subjects and which of them to take as an option, students decide, based on the requirements of the university, where they plan to enter.
    In addition to graduates of the 11th grade, the USE for admission to universities can be taken by graduates of previous years, as well as tenth graders (in subjects for which training has ended);

    GVE, or state final exam - takes place in oral and written form using texts, topics, assignments and tickets. It can be chosen instead of the Unified State Examination and the OGE (if desired) by students with handicapped health and students of some other categories.
    If desired, these students can take the exam. For ninth grade graduates who take the GVE instead of the OGE, it is enough to pass the Russian language and mathematics to receive a certificate.

In order for a student to be admitted to the exam, he must write a final essay. The essay is not graded in points, only pass or fail. Students with disabilities and students of some other categories can choose a presentation instead of a final essay. Graduates of previous years can submit an essay if they wish.

In 2019:

    on the official website of the Mayor of Moscow (ru/pgu/ru/services). To do this, you need to indicate your passport number and registration code for the exam;

In our country, early exams are in full swing, and tens of thousands of people are taking the state exam as early as possible. Why do many go to early exams, and who is endowed with such a right?

Reserve days in April for the exam

On the 14th - on Friday - you can try yourself in the delivery of mathematics and the Russian language.

Who can take the exam ahead of schedule?

The Ministry of Education approved the following categories of possible participants in the early delivery of the exam:

Those who graduated from school a few years ago (including those who have already passed the exam;

Graduates of colleges, schools - potential university applicants;

Graduates of the 11th grade, subject to army conscription;

Why take the state exam ahead of schedule

According to statistics, many are inclined to take the exam early because of the calm environment and the small number of people, when there is no hassle and excitement.

Among other reasons, those who donate include:

Minimum time for organizational questions;

Closely monitoring the work of equipment;

Cool weather in April instead of heat in May;

Readiness of the results 10-12 days after the date of delivery, and, as a result, the opportunity to carefully work out the strategy for entering the university.

All these reasons can be attributed to the undeniable advantages of early passing state exams.

Of the disadvantages of early delivery - more intensive preparation, but, compared with the benefits received, this is just a small inconvenience.

Rosobrnadzor is confident that every year the number of participants early USE will only grow.

We tell you what conditions for early delivery are prescribed by law and what subjects you can take without waiting for graduation.

Why take the exam a year earlier

Every student has the right to take the exam ahead of schedule, including in the 10th grade. This decision can be made for several reasons:

  • To unload yourself in the most difficult Last year schools. If you pass the exam in the Russian language and basic mathematics in the 10th grade, then next year it will be quite reasonable not to attend lessons in these subjects at school and not do extra homework.
  • To focus on studying the subjects necessary for admission to the chosen university - if the student knows exactly which direction he will enter.
  • To purposefully prepare for participation in Olympiads in the 11th grade - if the student plans to enter a university with a diploma of the winner or prize-winner of the Olympiad.

What you need to pass the exam in grade 10

According to the law "On Education" and the order of the Ministry of Education of Russia and Rosobrnadzor dated November 7, 2018 No. 190/1512 "On approval of the procedure for conducting state final certification in educational programs secondary general education", to obtain admission to the exam, you must:

  • not have academic debt (for each year of study there must be an assessment in the subject of at least three);
  • get a credit for the final essay in the Russian language.

Thus, to pass the exam in the 10th grade, it is enough to know the school curriculum well and have grades above three for each year of study.

Early writing of the final essay for those wishing to pass the exam in the 10th grade is not provided, it will have to be taken together with everyone in the 11th grade.

There are explanations about this on the official portal of the Unified State Examination: “In accordance with clause 9.1 of the Procedure for conducting the state final certification for educational programs of secondary general education, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated December 26, 2013 No. 1400, the final essay (statement) as a condition for admission to the GIA is conducted for students of XI (XII) classes. Thus, participation in the final essay when passing the GIA in individual academic subjects at the end of the 10th grade is not provided.

What subjects can be taken in 10th grade

All tenth graders can take the exam in three subjects, the development of which in full ends at the end of grade 10:

  • Russian language,
  • mathematics (basic level),
  • geography.

To pass the exam in any other subject a year earlier, you must complete the study of this subject ahead of schedule.

The law provides for several possibilities for this:

Education at school according to an individual curriculum

Every student is eligible for IEP, regardless of health status or academic performance. To receive an IEP, you must have no academic debt. It is theoretically possible, while continuing to study at school, to switch in a specific subject to such an individual plan, which provides for an accelerated passage of the program by the end of the 10th grade. In practice, however, schools do not always agree to such conditions: it is difficult for teachers to allocate time for teaching one student in a separate program.

Part-time education

This form of education, in which the student receives the right to master part of the subjects at school, and part - in absentia, that is, without attending school. In this case, the school will need to conclude an agreement on part-time education. In the same contract, an individual training plan and the procedure for certification in "correspondence" subjects will be prescribed. To switch to a part-time form, one of the parents must write an application addressed to the principal of the school.

distance learning

This form of education provides that the student continues to be enrolled in the school, but does not attend classes, but studies independently. To switch to distance learning, you need a statement from the parent and the conclusion of an agreement with the school, which will spell out the procedure and terms for certification in all subjects.

Family Learning

This form of education means that the student receives education outside the school, on his own, and is enrolled in the school only for certification. At the same time, certification can be taken at any time as the subjects are mastered. To switch to family education, one of the parents needs to write an appropriate application addressed to the principal of the school and notify the local government about the choice of the family form of education.

self-education

Self-education is the same as the family form of education, but the student himself can switch to it without the participation of parents. Such an opportunity is provided from the age of 15, subject to the successful completion of the OGE for grade 9. To switch to self-education, a statement from the student is sufficient. It is necessary to conclude an agreement with the school on passing attestations. This may be the same school you attended or any other of your choice. You cannot switch to self-education if you have already applied for the USE as a student at the school.

Procedure

If you are planning to take the Russian language, basic mathematics or geography, an application for passing the exam must be submitted before February 1 of the year when you have an exam. For example, if you started studying in grade 10 in September 2019, then by February 1, 2020 you need to decide whether you will take the exam at the end of the year and in which subject, and then submit an appropriate application addressed to the school principal.

If you want to take any other subject of the school curriculum, you need to start preparing for the early exam in advance, at the very beginning of the 10th grade, and even earlier, in the 9th grade. This preparation provides for the transition to an individual plan and / or to another form of education, plus early mastering of the program in the subject.

Ideally, if you manage to successfully (at least three) pass the certification for grade 11 in the chosen subject before February 1. In this case, it will be enough for you to submit an application and attach documents confirming the certification.

If you plan to take the 11th grade assessment later than February 1, for example, in the spring, you can still apply. The final decision on admission to the exam is made by the school's teachers' council on May 25. By this time, information about successful certification must be provided without fail.

If the exam is not passed

If during the early delivery of the exam you did not score minimum score to obtain a certificate, the exam can be retaken on a general basis for the next year, in grade 11.

If the minimum score threshold is overcome, but the result does not suit you, you will be able to retake the exam in this subject only a year after graduation. Therefore, when making a decision, carefully weigh your options and take into account possible risks.

Things to remember:

  1. Any student can pass the exam a year earlier, but in some cases this should be taken care of in advance.
  2. Every 10th grade student can take the Russian language, mathematics (basic level) and geography.
  3. To pass the USE ahead of schedule in any of the other subjects, you must first switch to an individual training plan for this subject or change the form of education at school from full-time to part-time, part-time or family.
  4. The selected subject must be mastered in full before the end of grade 10.
  5. For admission to the Unified State Examination, it is necessary to submit an application to the school before February 1 and to submit documents on passing certification in the chosen subject for grade 11 by May 25.

Early delivery of the exam in 2019 will take place from March 20 to April 10 - two months before the main wave. At the end of May and June, when the majority of graduates are just starting to take state exams, those who signed up for early testing will already be free. Who has the right to take the exam ahead of schedule, what are the advantages and are there any pitfalls?

Who can take the exam early?

Basically, early exams are recorded:

    graduates of schools of previous years who want to improve their results, as well as graduates of secondary specialized educational institutions;

    guys called to military service;

    athletes of the Russian national teams;

    graduates who will not be able to attend the main stage for health reasons or due to moving to another country.

To get admission to the early delivery of the exam, you need to write an application addressed to the principal of the school and indicate the reason for your decision.

Theoretically, anyone can take the exam ahead of schedule, however, for this you need to fully complete the curriculum, get rid of all debts and, again, get permission from the teaching staff. But 11th graders are rarely eager to speed up exams for no particular reason: as a rule, it seems to them that even the time for preparation is so little.

Experts say that it is not necessary to insist on taking the exam early without special need: the final exam is already a lot of stress, and having fought off the team, it will be more difficult to endure it.

Schedule of early exam-2019

The first tests in 2019 will be geography and literature - their delivery is scheduled for March 20. Participants of the early period will pass the Russian language on March 22, history and chemistry on March 25. The oral part of the exams in a foreign language is scheduled for March 27, the written part - for April 1 (at the same time, exams in biology and physics will be held). Basic and profile level those who wish will write on March 29, social science, as well as informatics and ICT - on April 3.

Reserve days will be April 5 (you can pass geography, computer science, foreign languages ( oral part), history and chemistry), April 8 (for delivery foreign languages, social studies, biology, literature and physics) and April 10 (for compulsory subjects: Russian language and mathematics). All exams will be held on weekdays.

In 2018, the Russians most often signed up for the early delivery of the Russian language and profile mathematics as well as social studies.

Myths about early exam

Task options are easier than for those who pass in the main period;

In fact: the difficulty level stays the same.

It is easier to cheat on an early exam;

In fact: in 2018, 200 violators were removed from classrooms during early exams: 106 were caught with phones, 67 with cheat sheets. As during the main period, the examinations were attended by public observers, online video surveillance was conducted.

Early exams are held according to last year's rules: all innovations are introduced later, for the bulk of graduates;

In fact: just those who take the exam ahead of schedule, have the opportunity to be the first to experience the advantages and disadvantages of innovations. For example, last year, at the early exams, for the first time, the technology of printing a complete set of CMMs was used in large quantities right in the classrooms.

The real pros and cons of early delivery of the exam

  • A person has time to deliberately choose a university. While the rest continue to intensively prepare for the main test, the "early students" already have the results of the exam and evaluate their chances of entering various educational establishments, freely attend open days.
  • No fuss around. Tension hangs in the air in the final weeks leading up to the main wave of exams - not to mention the atmosphere in the exam rooms, where dozens of excited graduates gather. And in March and April the participants USE where less, moreover, these are people who deliberately decided to take exams early and, most likely, are psychologically ready for it. In addition, graduates of previous years usually treat such tests with more restraint than yesterday's schoolchildren. So at early exams in the classrooms are more spacious and calmer.

    Results are announced faster. Since the flow of applicants is small, the results of testing do not have to wait for two weeks, as in the main period: seven to nine days are enough for experts to check. Sometimes results appear even earlier.

    More comfortable weather. This is also important: in the stuffiness of summer it is more difficult to focus on tasks, especially when you are already thrown into the heat of excitement

Minuses:

    There is no time to prepare. This is especially true for 11th graders. Peers are still getting acquainted with the school curriculum and at the same time repeat the material for exams at the usual pace - the “early student” at this time is forced to finish his studies in all subjects himself, hastily pass certification ... and when is it time to prepare for the exam?

    Exam surprises are possible. New KIMs, changes in the procedure for passing - the first to face this are those who pass the exam ahead of schedule. It is the options of tasks that they got that are then sorted out by high school students, it is by their results that experts judge whether the innovation has taken root.

    Probably, you will have to take the exam far from home. Since there are few test subjects, the points for conducting the exam for them are many times less than for those who take the exam in the main wave. Therefore, there is a great chance that you will have to go through the whole city for testing.

There are situations in life when it is precisely on these dates that it is impossible to come to the exam. And then what? Lose a year and wait for the next year? Not necessary. Passing the exam (as well as any other important exams) takes place in 2 stages:

  • the main stage (held at the end of the academic year, at the end of May-June);
  • early stage (held in the spring, in March-April).

What's more, some students can choose when to take their exams. But in order to understand whether you need it or not, let's figure out who these students are, as well as the main pros and cons of passing the exam early.

Who can take the early exam?

The following categories of persons are eligible for early surrender:

  • those who by the time of passing have fully mastered the school curriculum - graduates of schools of past years, technical schools, lyceums, colleges and schools;
  • students of 11 classes of evening schools who will have to carry out military service;
  • school graduates who are preparing to move for permanent residence in another country;
  • schoolchildren who take part in international or all-Russian Olympiads or competitions, the date of which coincides with the main stage of the USE;
  • schoolchildren who, at the time of the main stage of the Unified State Examination, will be in sanatoriums or other medical institutions to undergo medical, health or rehabilitation programs;
  • graduate students who are outside the country and due to difficult climatic conditions cannot return.

What does early exam 2020 mean: advantages

So, do not know how to pass the exam ahead of schedule in 2020? It is enough just to write an application addressed to the principal of the school, indicating the reason why you may be allowed to do this.

But is it true that the early exam is easier than the one that is held in the main period of delivery? Well, he definitely has certain advantages, but certainly not in the ease of the exam itself, but in this:

  1. Graduates are less nervous due to fewer people. For comparison: if last year more than 700,000 students took the exam during the main stage, then only 26,000 young people came to take the exam ahead of schedule. Agree, in such an almost friendly company you feel much more confident, which means you will be less nervous.
  2. Less hustle and bustle and better organization. Due to the fact that early exam accepts much fewer students, its structure is clearer and more organized. You can not be afraid that you will not have enough form or that there will suddenly be no clock in the audience.
  3. Optimal weather conditions. The weather in early to mid-spring is more predictable. At this time, you can not be afraid of heat, stuffiness, negative impact direct sunlight. So in any case, the early delivery of the exam takes place in more comfortable conditions.
  4. Fast check speed. About how you wrote early version of the exam 2020 (in chemistry, Russian, mathematics or another subject), you will learn much earlier, since the load on observers and inspectors is much lower. Of course, you should not expect results the next day. To find out USE results, will have to wait 7-9 days. Approximately 2-3 days before due date After the results are announced, you can already monitor your results. For comparison: those who pass the exam in the main period have to live with the expectation for about two weeks. That's what the early version of the exam means!
  5. Additional time to think over the admission strategy. As soon as you managed to find out the results of the early Unified State Examination 2020, you have additional weeks and even months for a detailed analysis of your situation and thinking about where to apply after all. At this time, you can go to different universities for open days, prepare for internal exams of the selected university, and even change your mind about the chosen direction. And, of course, devote yourself to rest, gaining strength and relaxation before a difficult academic year, if you still manage to do it.

Early delivery of the exam: disadvantages

Not everything is as simple as everything in our life. Let's deal with the minuses that promise us the early delivery of the exam:

  1. Less time to prepare. While others will have another 2 months to prepare for the exam and take classes with tutors, you will have to take an early exam. This is also bad because some of the topics included in the exam, schoolchildren pass during the last months of study. If you decide to take an early exam, you will have to prepare and understand the topic yourself.
  2. You become a "guinea pig" for all the changes that have not yet been introduced. If the organizers decide to introduce any innovations, you will be the first one they will test them on, so that the main period goes perfectly.
  3. Remote location for delivery. Since the number of applicants for early exams is significantly lower than the main flow of applicants, the number of places where exams will be taken is also significantly lower. For example, in the main exam period, you will be able to take an exam in the main area of \u200b\u200bresidence or study. If you live in a remote area, then for the place of delivery, places where it will be problematic to get to can be chosen.

In general, now you see the difference between the main and early stages of passing the exam. Each has its pros and cons, and you need to choose what is closer to you in spirit. And in order to alleviate your hard lot, we offer you student service assistance in the future in the main types of student work that complicates the learning process so much (controls, essays, term papers, theses).
